Ingredients
2x ripe (soft) avocados
20 yummy dates
Coconut oil
Agave nectar
Vanilla extract
Raw cacao
Cooking Music
Italian, Flamenco or Reggae
Directions
• Halve the avocados and mash them
• Save the skins for later (use them as serving cups)
• Dice the dates (make sure you get a big person to help out with the knife; 8-10 dates per avocado should do the trick)
• Add as much Agave nectar as you like. Jason likes to add a little bit at first, then perhaps more if it ain't sweet enough
• Add a drop of Vanilla
• Add a heaped teaspoon of Coconut oil (Jason reckons it'll surprise the tastebuds with something more exotic)
• Add a spoonful of raw cacao for each avocado
• Now stir it thoroughly
• Spoon it into your avocado cups
• Add your favourite garnish (Jason prefers strawberries)
• Pop it in the fridge to cool and let the flavours mix (Jason likes to let it take shape overnight)
• Enjoy!
