Jamie Fawcett has probably seen better days… Scary Spice has lived up to her scary expectations, and she’s just won a court case for applying an apprehended violence order against Jamie, for ‘endangering’ her life whilst kayaking in Sydney Harbour last Thursday…

Waverly Local Court agreed to continue with an order that would prevent Jamie loitering within 50 metres of Mel, approaching to within five metres of her and contacting her, as well as the usual conditions not to menace, stalk, harass or intimidate her.

Jamie’s lawyer, Roland Day, said each story has two sides, and Jamie hasn’t had the opportunity to give his version of events just yet… but the magistrate hearing the case did say Jamie should be a little more ‘thoughtful’ while performing his duties… 

“There’s no doubt these are difficult matters to negotiate,” she said.

 Mel B’s AVO will remain until November 22, when the net hearing will take place.. we’ll  just have to wait and see what happens next!
