Lorde Has A Biography Already
New York Times bestselling author pens Lorde biography
That’s right. Lorde already has a biography. The 17-year-old has had a biography penned by best selling Author Marc Shapiro. And it's all about her.
The biography, called ‘Lorde: Your Heroine’, gives great insight into the young star. Already from the intro, there are some great quotes, that give huge insight into her take on the world and her feminist agenda.
The young New Zealand star says of feminism, “I think that I’m speaking for a lot of girls when I say that the idea of feminism is completely natural and shouldn’t be be something that’s defensive or anti-men."
The bio also touches on that time Lorde (or Ella) slagged her now bestie Taylor Swift, calling Taylor, “flawless, unattainable and somebody who I don’t think is breeding anything good in young girls.” Ouch, but that’s all long forgotten now.
The book reveals she said no to touring with Katy Perry, she hates reggae and she’s not a fan of social media. In fact according to the book, if it were up to her, there would be only one picture of her on the Internet.
