How Pink Keeps Super Fit
You Could Be Swinging On Silk In No Time!
We’re all fans of Pink, and if you haven’t seen her in concert, you probably saw her epic Grammy’s performance!
She does a lot of aerial performances which require her to be super fit.
Her trainer, Dreya Weber has revealed some of the techniques she uses when prepping Pink for her shows.
The first thing she suggests is anti-gravity yoga as it’s a gentle approach to the whole aerial thing, and you don't need that much upper body strength.
If you want to develop that strength however, Dreya says pull-ups are the best.
Pink does pull-ups with a chin-up bar, and even recommends P90X 30min workouts which helps with balance.
