Taylor Swift's “Stalker” Goes Free!
Judge Dismisses Trespassing Charges...
The man who wandered onto Taylor Swift's property and gave security guards a message saying “If you ever want to see me in person again, I suggest you call me now,” has had charges against him dropped.
The judge presiding over the case said (in agreement with Police) that the charges of trespassing had to be dropped because - get this - Tay-Tay's security guard may have 'walked a short distance onto public property' to accept the note from the 55-year-old man!
The accused, Joe Bernatche, said he believed he was destined to meet the pop-country star despite no indication that he had been to her concerts or had any contact prior to 'the incident.'
Swifty has yet to comment on the matter.
