Sigh. Another story where we idolise celebrities for trimming down nanoseconds after giving birth? Alright then.

Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon has shown support for his wife's efforts at getting back in shape after the birth of their twins Morrocan Scott and Monroe 4 months ago.

"She's so focused right now on every aspect. She's going to come back and knock out the world,"he said recently. "She's getting in shape."

Nick says Mariah has been working hard at it since right after having the babies.

"At two months she was walking around in a bathing suit," he said.

"Every day she's just killing it. I personally think she's going to come out looking better - looking like it's 1990! I think that's what she's aiming for, and I think she'll reach that goal."

In 1990, 41 year old Mariah was 20. Sidenote: Nick was 9 years old. LOL.

We wonder where the babies are while Mariah spends hours on the treadmill every day and Nick is off shooting America's Got Talent?

Do you think it's reasonable for a 41 year old woman to try and get back the body she had at 20?
