Demi Moore has been rushed to hospital for substance abuse!

TMZ reports that paramedics responded to a 911 call to Demi's LA home at 10.45pm Monday night.

It's rumoured that, after being transported to a local hospital, Demi is now 'seeking further professional assistance' to treat her substance abuse.

Demi's rep has said "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

It was previously reported that substance abuse was one of the reasons behind Ashton and Demi's divorce.

Looks like the actress is taking the divorce a little harder than she's been letting on.
