Who Are They?
They are 18 year old singer/songwriters Charlie Thorpe (Dash) and Josie De Sousa-Reay (Will). Hailing from Melbourne they have been performing, writing songs and being besties since a young age.
Dash and Will fun fact #1: Their stage names come from their parents’ choice if they were to be born boys.
What Do They Sound Like?
Musically they are an edgy pop/alternative mash with unique voices coming together perfectly for the light-hearted fun in their tunes. A standout is 'Pick you Up' - it will be stuck in your head for ages!
Personally they come across as down to earth 18 year olds with all the trimmings: cool hair, check, funky clothes, check, Lily Allen bangs, check. Don't forget to love them for their anti-Veronica's feel too (yeah, I went there).
Dash and Will fun fact #2: They were discovered and are now produced by Barry Palmer, a lead member of the famous band Hunters and Collectors.
