Eating To Control Outbursts
Kate Moss has been caught on camera throwing a foul-mouthed hissy fit at the GQ Awards. The target of Moss' anger was the host of the Awards James Nesbitt. The super model can be seen swearing and rant at Nesbitt before storming through the backstage area in front of pal Lily Allen who is having her photo taken with her GQ Award. It's believe the hissy-fit was caused by a joke Nesbitt made on-stage alluding to him having had sex with Moss.
Kate, Kate, Kate, I keep telling you if you would just eat something you wouldn't struggle with anger management issues so much. Everyone gets touchy when they are starving. I would stab someone in the eye if they got in between me and a burger at the wrong time. Here is a breakfast idea to start the new regime of, "Eating To Control Outbursts". It's a little spicy, like your personality, so I'm sure you will enjoy.

Spicy Breakfast Tagine (serves 4)
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ onion finely diced
2 clv garlic chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika ground
2 tsp coriander ground
800g crushed tomato
½ cup chicken stock hot
½ tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Stalk and root of 1 stem coriander finely chopped
Leaves of 1 stem coriander roughly chopped
1 lg tomato diced 2cm
2 fresh red chili chopped
8 free range eggs
8 black olives
Coriander to garnish
Turkish bread to serve
Method
Prepare your Tagine (see note) then heat over low flame. Heat olive oil in the tagine, then add onion and fry for five minutes. Add spices and garlic and keep cooking for a further five minutes. Add tomato, stock, coriander root and stem, fresh tomato, sugar, salt and pepper and place lid on the tagine. Bring the sauce to a simmer then continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid from the tagine and add the chili and coriander leaves. Stir the sauce well. While the sauce is on a low simmer crack the eggs into the tagine. The eggs will take a while to cook. (approximately 10-15 minutes). When the white has cooked through serve the eggs with lots of coriander leaves and warm Turkish bread.
Note – Tagines must be soaked before each use to prevent the clay cracking.

Someone had better prepare this for Kate M as she looks like she hasn't prepared much food for herself in her unusual life.
